Just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I've been with the new version of IRIS POS system. We've been on Teleflora's Dove system for many years, and in my opinion your system far surpasses it. Prior to selecting IRIS, I did extensive research on other systems. I looked at demos and trial versions of many systems, including FTD Mercury, Floranext, Floristware, Visual Ticket and others. My impression from that research was that your system was head and shoulders above the others. I'm happy to say that since I've been using the system for the last few weeks, my initial impression has proven correct.

Adding products to an order is super easy using either the product pads, visual glider, bar code scanner, or manual entry. I especially like the product pads and the ability to group products together in any way that suits me. I can tell that I've only scratched the surface of the power of this software. I predict that florists will flock to your system once they see how powerful and easy to use it is.

So after a few months of checking out new POS companies I selected Floranext for my upgrade. I purshased new Mac computers and couldn't wait for the install to happen. From the first on boarding experience I know I selected the wrong company. From the fact that I spend 15 hours on the phone to get my printers to automatically print to my work room (which they never got to work) or the fact that they had no way for me to balance my POS cash drawers at the end of the night. So after about a month of struggling during January I made the best decision of my 15 year floral career and called IRIS.

I spoke to this very knowledgeable tech person named Karen, who explained to me the whole process of the install. She told me that it would take less than an hour a computer and there would be no issues. I jumped at the chance to fix my mistake and asked for the first install date as Valentine's Day was fast approaching.

The install couldn't have gone any better. FTD, Teleflora & Floranext - I've dealt with them ALL and Karen is the BEST tech person I have EVER worked with. The system did all she said and more. I've had ZERO problems with it. I've called tech support to get answers when I wasn't sure how to work things and have aways had my questions answered. They are constantly doing upgrades to add new features which is great. Do yourself a favor and pick IRIS for your floral POS systes... you won't be disappointed!!
